Director of Fundraising

IWI’s Director of Fundraising will be responsible for identifying donor resources, raising funds and writing proposals for long-term organisational sustainability with the aid of fundraising assistants. The Director will provide general oversight and day to day operation of all fund development operations including, but not limited to, all fund raising activities, promotion, special events, policies and procedures, record keeping, and support for active volunteers.


Director of Membership

The Director of Membership will lead IWI’s member relations efforts, including strategising, planning for, and implementing activities and services that provide value to members and promote membership retention and growth. You will lead IWI’s efforts to understand, articulate, and respond to the needs of IWI while enhancing IWI’s earned revenues through membership development and sponsorships. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director to plan for and carry out resource development activities that increase IWI’s ability to effectively and sustainably carry out its mission. The Director of Membership will be a member of IWI’s senior management. Applicant must be London based.


IWI’s Advocacy Researcher is responsible for assisting the team in the administration of its functions. The Advocacy Researcher helps with the advocacy team’s programmes and campaigns; tracking trends; assist with developing promotional materials; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Normally performs tasks with work priorities and general instructions provided by the director. Exercises judgment in selecting and applying established procedures correctly and in determining when to refer problems to the director. This position requires someone who has excellent research, writing, and communication skills, is self-motivated, reliable, organised, thorough and timely. This is a volunteer position which is performed remotely. Applicant must be London based.

Advocacy Researcher


We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Director of Events to produce and manage the events of IWI from conception through to completion. You will supervise your staff through the planning and implementation of each event, while organising memorable events that meet quality expectations. This is a volunteer position which is performed remotely. Applicant must be London based.

Event Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Event Coordinator to plan and manage events, as well as provide support to other coordinators, on behave of IWI in a well-organised and timely manner from conception through to completion. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of the people with whom you work. Applicant must be London based.


We are looking for a creative graphic designers with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, product packaging, newsletters, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with all IWI teams.

Web Coordinator

We are looking for a Web Coordinator who will work to maintain a cohesive design for IWI website and increase its online presence.  Someone with experience in marketing, design or communications, and proficiency in using design software a must. You would work under the direction of our Director of Communications & PR.


The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator is responsible for the development of the M&E strategic document and tools, as well as their implementation throughout the programme, under the general instruction of the SBP’s Director. The Coordinator will work in partnership with local project partners.

Publicist

As a Publicist for IWI you will oversee the public image and manage all media relations as well as coordinate publicity events. Other responsibilities may include writing press releases, releasing statements and interjecting the points of IWI staff into relevant media coverage. In addition, you will also field questions and act as a liaison between IWI and the general public. Applicant must be London based.
